A: Yes – we deliver to Clevedon, Yatton, Congresbury, Backwell, Kingston Seymour, Worle, Portishead, and Nailsea, and all locations within 4 miles of Clevedon.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Small and medium orders (up to 5 people) usually take around 45 minutes. Larger orders may take up to 1 hour or more, depending on your location and order size.

Q: Will my food arrive hot?
A: Yes – all meals leave our kitchen at around 75°C, so they stay hot when they reach you. Even for areas further out, we use insulated keep-hot bags to maintain temperature.

Q: When I set a delivery time, is it exact?
A: No – this is your preferred ETA. Depending on traffic or multiple delivery drops, your order may arrive about 10 minutes earlier or 10 minutes later than the set time.

Q: Can I pre-order?
A: Yes – on our website it’s easy to pre-order. Just add the date and desired delivery time at checkout, and add any important notes in the order comments. You can pre-order up to 10 days in advance. Please remember: depending on traffic and multiple delivery drops, your order may arrive about 10 minutes earlier or later than scheduled.

Q: What days are you open and when can I get delivery?

  • Evening deliveries – Every day except Sunday

    • First delivery: 5:00 PM

    • Last order: 9:00 PM sharp

    • Last delivery: Around 9:45 PM if order placed at 9:00 PM

  • Lunch (Thursday & Friday only)

    • First delivery: 11:00 AM

    • Last order: 2:00 PM sharp

    • Last delivery: Around 2:45 PM

    • For lunch pre-orders, you cannot select a time from the dropdown. Please use the order notes instead.

Q: Can I order Pasta Presto to pick up as a takeaway?
A: Yes, you can order on the website and pay by card online. If you select Pick Up – Order ASAP, your order will be ready in about 40 minutes. You can also select a later time using the time dropdown if needed.

A: We work from a small kitchen where allergens are present. We take care to keep ingredients separate and use separate trays when possible. However, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not happen.
If you have any allergies, please call us to find out about ingredients. Even in meals where an allergen is not used, cross-contamination may still occur. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.
