OUR HISTORY

My name is Jessica De Marco, I have been raised in the island of Capri in the Campania region of Italy from a family of farmers and cheese producers. I moved to Bristol to study Food science and nutrition at University after getting my culinary art degree at college. After uni, I decided to move to Clevedon to raise my daughter Amber Maria.

I missed Italy which inspired me to do something which would bring me closer to home; and to cook, tasty, traditional southern Italian food with my own innovative twist. So, here I am. The proud owner of Pasta Presto (the southern Italian taste, cooked by sourcing the best ingredients).

I am an enthusiastic nutritionist and food scientist BSc Hons from Bathspa University, UK. Growing up in an Italian family of farmers and cheese producers I love high-quality, naturally tasty, nutritious food.

PASTA PRESTO was established on the belief that everyone should experience this genuine Italian tradition of simple and delicious food. We use the best Italian ingredients possible and use a health-conscious philosophy to deliver superior online food delivery service.
