Pasta Presto is founded by Jessica De Marco, a BSc (Hons) Food Scientist and Nutritionist with a Diploma in Culinary Arts. Combining authentic Southern Italian heritage with scientific precision, the business delivers nutritionally balanced, high-quality takeaway and catering in Clevedon — without compromising on flavour or presentation.


Jessica De Marco’s work has been recognised both academically and regionally. She was featured by Bath Spa University in the article “Pasta Presto: Food Science Graduate Launches Southern Italian Venture” for her entrepreneurial journey and innovative application of Food Science within the hospitality industry.

Her Southern Italian cooking was also highlighted in The Bristol Post article “Woman’s Southern Italian Cooking Taking the South West by Storm”, recognising the growing impact of Pasta Presto within the local community.

Through takeaway and bespoke catering for up to 50 guests, Pasta Presto continues to combine authentic heritage with scientific expertise — delivering food that is balanced, refined, and deeply satisfying.
