Our starters are exclusively vegetarian and are prepared from organic farm to be balanced, nutritious as well as innovative.

Melone wrapped in real parma ham
White melon wrapped in fine cuts of parma ham (sweet and salty)

Buffalo mozzarella capri’ salad
Bufalo mozzarella from the campania region with fresh tomatoes, basil and a splash of olive oil

Gamberoni saltati in aglio, prezzemolo e pomodorino
Succulent prawns cooked in a shallow pan with garlic, cherry tomato and herbs.

Sicilian arancini
Delicious, crispy, deep fried sicilian balls of rice with various filling and crunchy breadcrumb, served with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Choose from: • Meat ragu, peas and mozzarella cheese filling (contains egg to bind) • Ham and mozzarella cheese (contains egg to bind) • Mushrooms (contains egg to bind) • A mixture of the three flavours.

Green olive potato salad with a splash of olive oil and basil
Cooked potatoes with succulent nocellara olives, fresh tomatoes, red onion, celery and basil leaves (add tuna chunks or buffalo mozzarella for an extra £2)

Ragu’ classico (beef and pork)
Tender cuts of brisket and italian sausage slow cooked in tomato sauce over a very low flame and served with a sprinkle of parmesan.

Cannelloni ripieni
Delicious cylindrical pasta baked with fillings and covered by sauce and herbs. Choose from: • Meat felling – beef mince, mozzarella, tomato and basil • Vegetarian- aubergine, mozzarella and basil (contains egg and a little bread to bind) • Vegan- pumpkin and wild mushroom -topped and baked in vegan single cream and vegan mozzarella or standard cream and mozzarella on request

Linguini saltati con gamberi, pomodoro, vino, aglio e prezzemolo
Linguine pasta sauteed with prawns, cherry tomatoes, white wine, garlic and parsley

Pappardelle con funghi di bosco (served with cream or vegan cream)
Fresh pasta cooked with wild mushrooms and cream

Gnocchi sorrentina
Soft and light potato pasta baked with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil (add vegan cheese if preferable on request).

Rigatoni alla genovese
Rigatoni pasta served with slow cooked lamb mince, onion and meat sauce (served with parmesan topping)

Torta al limone di Amalfi
Very aromatic lemon cake traditional of Amalfi ( contains eggs and butter)
